Haynes Artist & Ambassador Clinician - Apply for Assistance

Haynes can provide financial assistance to artists in special circumstances that meet our established criteria.

Any proposed artistic, educational or promotional activity should be submitted to and authorized by Haynes in writing via the web portal (www.wmshaynes.com/artistrequest) as early as possible, but preferably at least 3-6 months in advance.

Haynes Artists are required to play their Haynes Flute for any supported activities.

Due to budget limitations, we request that only the most suitable and potentially productive opportunities be submitted for consideration.

Travel expenses will ordinarily not be covered, though Haynes may assist on occasion through specific negotiation.

Financial assistance can vary from project to project and should always be considered as supplementary support rather than core funding.
