The form below is to be filled in if you are registering a Haynes Flute that has been owned for more than 24 months, or a secondhand instrument, or even a vintage instrument.

Plus you can sign up for “Club ‘88” - a special group for Haynes Flute Owners to get advance notice of live and online events, new products and other flute nerd news!

The record for your flute will be updated in the Haynes logbook records, and your name will also be added to the official Haynes Archives which have kept an unbroken history of first owners for over a hundred years!
