Insurance Letters:

For a nominal fee of $15.00 per instrument the Wm.S.Haynes Co. will provide insurance replacement letters. Please provide check or credit card information (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) and allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.

Please send all requests in writing with the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Serial number
• Any pertinent information you may have on your Haynes flute or piccolo.
