The Haynes Classic is produced in three models –Q1 with a sterling silver headjoint and silver-plated mechanism, body and footjoint; Q2 with a sterling silver headjoint, body and footjoint and silver-plated mechanism; and Q3 with a sterling silver headjoint, body, foot, and mechanism. The Haynes Classic is made with drawn toneholes, Haynes style sculpted keys with French pointed arms, and Staubinger pads. The Haynes modern A442 scale is used and a large variety of options are available including: C# trill key, split E mechanism, 14k gold riser, and high E facilitator. Each Classic flute includes in a French-style velvet-lined case with a soft leather cover, wood swab, and cleaning cloth as well as the guarantee of quality that has distinguished the William S. Haynes Company since 1888.
